“We were approached at Home Depot to have our quality of water checked. We had been talking to other companies for about six months prior but decided to have Home Depot send out their salesman to get another opinion. We are glad we did because Matt Hall was very informative and not at all pushy like all the other salespersons. We had a whole house system in California and liked the taste of the water but it did not really reduce the calcium deposits, which are not as bad as they are here in Arizona. We decided to purchase the Rainsoft system including the salt portion of the system. We opted not to have an RO system installed under our sink, but to wait to see how we like the taste of the tap water. The water tastes great from all the taps in the house and no more calcium deposits on our fixtures or glass shower. After having our system installed we talked to our relatives and found that they had a Rainsoft system and were very pleased with it also. The installers were great too and very informative about how the system works. We opted for the Wi-Fi connectivity so that way we could monitor if there was a water leak in the house by how much water is going through the system. We have yet to connect the Wi-Fi to our phones so cannot attest to how well that works. On another note our system in California was very noisy when it did its back flush, I have yet to hear our new system doing a back flush which is nice because our bedroom is adjacent to the garage. I will definitely recommend the system to friends and family.”

“I was first approached to do a water quality survey when I was in Home Depot and they offered to give me a gift card if I finished it. The next day or so they called me and they told me they would drop off the card. I clearly asked if this was a sales pitch and they said no.

The day the sales person, Mark, came out to our home he gave us a full presentation(about 2 hours) to talk about the water quality and he tested our water. We had read that water in Arizona is ranked poorly compared to other states and my husband and I had previously discussed about getting an R/O and water softener. After the whole presentation was over, we decided to go with RainSoft because we really liked the warranty they offered, and signed that day.

The day of installation, two gentlemen came to install the system. It took about 2-3 hours and they were very professional and took time to explain the functions and refills of the salt tank.

Mark came out a couple days later and tested the water. Since the installation happened only a couple days ago we expected that the water wasn’t going to be 100% improved. When he tested it again the drinking water had improved immensely, tap water results were not quite to the point where we wanted it to be.

I noticed a small leak under the sink and the company scheduled the same person to come out and check it. He reinstalled one of the filters with a new valve so everything is in order!

In regards of water quality, we immediately noticed how the water tasted much better and a couple days after the installation soft water had fully replaced our shower water. The system is pricey but when it comes to long term health and better water taste, quality we’re happy we got RainSoft.”

“Lucas Gomes with home depot came to get us set up with this system and i must say I Love it! Our city water went from over 500 parts per million of hard water and muck to approximately 5 parts per million! We even got a year supply of cleaning products: hand soap, conditioning shampoo, laundry detergeant, bath bars, multi-cleaner, hand soap, glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner, and dish soap! The system was a bit pricey, right at $7,000 but in the long run it is gonna be great for our little family. I don’t have to worry about bathing my little ones in chlorine filled water anymore! We have drinking water fresh from the tap, (no more trips to the store for bottled water!), and we are protecting our appliances and pipes from all the yucky hard city water!
